Service Agreement
By engaging Tropical Yards Florida for landscape design and installation services, you agree to these terms. Our services include consultation, design, plant selection, installation, and initial care instructions for your Florida landscape project.
Project Timeline and Completion
Project timelines are estimates based on typical Florida weather conditions and material availability. Delays may occur due to severe weather, permit requirements, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.
Plant Warranty and Care
We provide warranties on plant materials as specified in your service package (30-day to 1-year depending on package selected). Warranty coverage requires following our provided care instructions and maintaining adequate irrigation. Natural disasters, freeze damage, and improper care void warranty coverage.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in your service agreement. Typical structure includes deposit upon signing, progress payments during installation, and final payment upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract.
Property Access and Liability
Client provides reasonable access to work areas and utilities needed for landscape installation. Tropical Yards Florida carries appropriate insurance for work-related activities. Clients are responsible for marking underground utilities and informing us of any known hazards on the property.
Modifications and Cancellations
Design changes requested after project commencement may incur additional charges. Cancellation policies and refund terms are outlined in your service agreement and vary based on project phase and materials ordered.
